The Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Plant Origin, Feed and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) for the first half of August received 191 samples. 1189 studies were conducted with them. As a result, specialists identified 12 samples that did not comply with regulatory documentation.
Exactly half of the samples with deviations were related to dairy products: a raw milk sample had a fatty acid composition, the mass fraction of fat was underestimated in milk condensed with sugar, four samples of cheese products did not meet the standards for the mass fraction of fat in dry matter. Also, experts identified three samples of semi-processed meat products with a low protein content. Analysis of another sample showed an increased salt content. The wheat sample had a slight excess in moisture. A sample of sunflower meal contained low weight fractions of crude fat and protein.
