The core member of Omsky Biocluster, Titan-Agro LLC, was visited by the leaders of the Austrian company Ortner. The parties discussed possible prospects for cooperation, in particular, the use of Ortner technologies to increase the shelf life of the compound Pushkinsky Feed Mill.
The need to extend the period of storage of mixed fodder without loss of product quality is caused by the output of the Pushkinsky Feed Mill compound to the market of the northern regions of Russia. Vice President Ortner Stefanie Rud, in the framework of the working meeting, noted that the company is developing innovative methods for controlling pathogens in industrial and agricultural environments. The main products of the company are biological active substances and biological products. "We propose to use natural, environmentally friendly substances that are completely safe for humans," Ms. Rud stressed. As a result of the working meeting, the parties agreed to conduct R & D in order to adapt Ortner technologies to Russian conditions.
