The Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 30 samples of washes from technological equipment as part of the production control of enterprises.
The samples were examined for microbiological indicators (total microbial count, the presence of E. coli bacteria, Salmonella, Listeria). Eight swab samples contained an increased total microbial count. 4 washout samples contained E. coli bacteria. These samples do not meet the requirements of the state standard.
