Tula entrepreneur acquired shares of Omsky Meat Processing Plant

Tula entrepreneur Maxim Prokofiev acquired 99.98% of the shares of Omsky Meat Processing Plant JSC as part of the bankruptcy of the Omsk company Mostovik. The initial price of the lot was 45M RUR. A block of shares was put up for sale in August 2018, with a consequent reduction in price. As a result, Maxim Prokofiev acquired a stake in the company for 9.5M RUR.

Omsky Meat Processing Plant was commissioned in 1964. In 2012, it was bought by NPO Mostovik. The company since June 2015 is in the procedure of bankruptcy proceedings. At that time, the company's moratorium payables amounted to about 60B RUR.

At the same time, the sale of a meat processing plant may be canceled. Thus, the Arbitration Tribunal of Omsk region recorded a statement by Consulting Center - Flash LLC, declaring the auction for the sale of 888,341,491 ordinary shares (99.9851% of the package) of Omsky Meat Processing Plant JSC invalid. The company demands to return the property to the bankrupt estate of NPO Mostovik LLC.
