Omsk farmers improve their skills

December 11 - 13, the Institute of Additional Professional Education of the Omsk State Agrarian University (member of Omsky Biocluster) became a venue for advanced training activities for heads of agricultural companies within the framework of the Program 'Improving Management Efficiency in the Conditions of Market Development'.

 

The participants reviewed state support measures for agricultural enterprises, legal regulation of agricultural company activities, technological problems of modern crop production, analysis and diagnostics of financial and economic activities, business planning mistakes in obtaining government support and loans, legal aspects of state statistical reporting, granting loans, bio-waste disposal in Omsk areas, agricultural land use, etc. Participants also took part in practical exercises on the production site of Goryachy Klyuch Farm (Omsk district).

 

The audience was addressed by the Minister of Agriculture and Food of Omsk region Maxim Chekusov, employees of the Ministry, Omskstat, RusAg (Omsk Branch is member of Omsky Biocluster), the Rosselkhoznadzor Department (Omsk Branch), lawyers, leaders of successful agricultural enterprises, researchers of Omsk Agrarian Research Center, teachers of Omsk State Agrarian University.
