December 15, training of Project School of Omsky Biocluster StartUpAcademia was held in OmSAU (Omsky Biocluster member) business incubator.
Vitaly Epanchintsev, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Accounting and Financial Control of the Omsk State Agrarian University, Director of the OmSAU Business Incubator, spoke about the features of creating a business plan for the project. Gennady Salimgareyev, Executive Director of Neolab LLC, told the nuances of the sales plan calculation.
Participants having a cup of tea in an informal setting learned about the intricacies of economic and financial business issues, acquired skills in drawing up a business plan for an investment project, as well as preparing a package of documents for obtaining grant support during the commercialization of a research project in a project office.
