The Department of Agrarian Policy of the Voronezh Region in 2019 will create a cluster for the raw materials deep processing. The main focus will be on the development of grain deep processing in order to reduce the country's dependence on imports.
The department has established a profile working group. Its main goal is to unite business representatives, researchers and government officials. 750M RUR ($ 11.3M) were allocated from the regional budget to support investors within the framework of the Subprogram 'Development of Food and Processing Industry of the Voronezh Region".
