From 1 to 20 February, 70 samples were taken to the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor, with which 300 tests were conducted. As a result, specialists identified eleven inconsistencies in regulatory documentation.
Bacteria of the E. coli group are found in five samples of dairy products and two samples of meat products. Listeria are found in a sample of beef meat. The E. coli index is also exceeded in one soil sample. Two samples of raw cow milk did not meet the requirements of the standard for the safety of milk and dairy products. An antibiotic of the tetracycline group (oxytetracycline) is found in one milk sample, another sample contained an antibiotic of the penicillin group (cloxacillin).
The screening results were confirmed by the arbitration method at the All-Russian State Center for the Quality and Standardization of Medicines for Animals and Feeds.
