Working meeting with Yulia Ogloblina

February 21, a working meeting of the Omsk Biocluster's CEO was held with Yulia Ogloblina, Chairman of the Central Council of the Russian Union of Rural Youth (RURY).

 

The parties discussed possible spheres of cooperation between Omsky Biocluster and RURY in order to support investment projects implemented by young entrepreneurs in rural areas. The sides confirmed mutual interest and agreed to continue consultations on the forms of cooperation.

 

RURY was established in 2008 by the initiative of the Russian Agrarian Association and has regional offices in 71 regions of the Russian Federation. The total number of members of the organization is more than 50 000 people. The strategic goal is to create conditions for ensuring active participation of rural youth in the socio-economic revival of the Russian village, modernizing the agro-industrial complex, and improving the quality of life of rural residents. RURY as an expert is a participant in the consultative platforms of state authorities, including participating in the work of the Interdepartmental Council for Sustainable Development of Rural Areas of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
