According to the results of the first half of 2018, the Russian Agricultural Bank (Omsk branch is a member of Omsky Biocluster) provided agricultural companies and farmers 125.1b RUR ($ 1.97b) on terms of preferential financing against 70.4b RUR ($ 1.11b) a year earlier (78% growth). At the same time, 20.4b RUR ($ 0.32b) was allocated to support small business.
The bank is the main participant in the state program of concessional lending to the agroindustry at a rate of no more than 5% per annum. Since the launch of the program, RusAg has provided agricultural enterprises with 335.8b RUR ($ 5.29b) of soft loans.
