The Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Plant Origin, Fodder and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) for the first half of April received 258 samples, with which 1495 studies were conducted. As a result, experts have identified five samples that do not comply with regulatory documents.
Two samples of butter contained phytosterols, and the samples did not meet the standards for fatty acid composition. Violations of the fatty acid composition and the mass fraction of fat were found in samples of milk and curd. A sample of oats was too wet.
