In order to develop the Russian national qualifications system, the Omsk CCI (Omsky Biocluster member) together with the Russian CCI will organize a conference on the topic Development of the National Qualifications Assessment in the Omsk region in Omsk on September 25.
Omsk CCI was included in the 20 pilot regional design offices of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, created to introduce advanced technologies of strategic management, increase labor productivity, stimulate foreign economic activity and other measures to support Russian enterprises. The organizers of the event are: Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Fund for the Development of Professional Qualifications of the CCI of Russia, the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Omsk region, Omsk CCI. The event is attended by specialists from the Professional Qualifications Development Fund of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Omsk CCI, regional and city officials, the regional methodological center of the national qualifications system, heads and representatives of state and municipal institutions, as well as corporations, enterprises and organizations of all types of ownership various sectors of the economy, academia.
Conference participants will discuss international experience in the development of qualification systems, prospects for the development of a national qualification system in the regions of Russia and the Omsk region, the implementation of professional standards and other relevant issues. The agenda of the event will cover a wide range of topics: the national qualification system of Russia - strategy and practice 2019-2020, industry agreements and the practice of introducing professional standards as mandatory for employers in 2019, the responsibility of employers according to government regulations, the preparation procedure from 01.01.2020 and other topics.
The event will take place on September 25, 2019 from 11:00 - 14:00 (registration of participants from 10:30). Location: Omsk, st.
