"We have developed a plan of action for the Committee together with the regions for 2019-2021, based on the recommendations of the International Epizootic Bureau. Also, within the framework of the adopted bills, it is planned to create a unified system of veterinary control and supervision. This implies the return of functions from local executive authorities and the State Revenue Committee, as well as the creation of a vertical veterinary service of local executive agencies, the creation of mobile posts to control the movement of animals and products, in addition, financing of inspectorates of Kazakhstani enterprises for inclusion in the registers of other countries at the expense of the republican budget ", A.Utegulov said.
