The National Foundation for the Support of Innovations in Education of the Russian Federation has published a rating of the effectiveness of universities, based on monitoring data from the Ministry of Education and Science. Omsk State Agrarian University (Omsky Biocluster member) and four more Omsk universities entered the fourth league, according to the website of the rating. Omsk State Agrarian University took the fifth place among agrarian universities according to efficiency index (J), together with Bryansk State Agrarian University and Donskoy State Agrarian University, which also scored 17 points.
The efficiency rating of universities in the country is based on an assessment of six indicators, including educational, research, international, financial and economic activities, and graduate employment. For each of the many values of indicators of monitoring the effectiveness of universities (taking into account the specifics), ranking is carried out in descending order of values of the indicator.
In total, 1298 universities of the Russian Federation participate in the rating. All participants are divided into ten leagues.
