From April 1 to April 20, 128 samples were received at the Expert Veterinary Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member), with which 450 tests were carried out. As a result, experts identified 19 cases of non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
A sample of pasteurized milk was rejected according to organoleptic characteristics (taste and smell). 7 samples of washes from technological equipment contained bacteria of the E. coli group. Exceeding the total microbial number was recorded in 9 swab samples. The soil sample did not meet the requirements of normative documentation on exceeding the index of bacteria of the group of E. coli and the index of enterococci.
