From June 1 to June 20, the Veterinary Expert Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) received 350 samples, with which 1,100 tests were conducted. As a result, experts identified 19 cases of non-compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents.
Two samples of poultry meat contained pathogenic microorganisms - Listeria. Excess total bacterial contamination detected in 13 sausage samples. The presence of E. coli bacteria was detected in a sample of fish products and a sample of dairy products. Two soil samples did not meet the requirements of regulatory documents for exceeding the E. coli bacteria index.
