British start-up Better Origin, which was established at the University of Cambridge, has developed a mini-plant that any poultry farm can use on its own to grow food insects. The system will operate on production waste. According to the authors of the project, various wastes, which, as a rule, are disposed of, are put into the installation using the new technology. The next day you can get the final product.
At the same time, the system does not imply the use of any processing or additives. Preliminary calculations have shown that it will be cost effective, but poultry farmers have yet to test this in practice.
