The import of palm oil and its fractions into Russia from January to August 2018 amounted to 652K tons, which is 23.8% more than in the same period in 2017.
From January to August 2018, coconut and palm oil was imported 20.2K tons (a decrease of 0.1%). In August of this year, 9.8K tons of this product was delivered, which is 3.3 times more than in August 2017 and 2.9 times more than in July 2018. Sunflower, safflower and cottonseed oil imported by 27.8% more than in January-August 2017, the figure increased to 18.1K tons.
