Pushkinsky Meat Processing Plant updates technological equipment

Titan-Agro LLC (Omsky Biocluster member) is continuing to upgrade technological equipment at the Pushkinskiy Meat Processing Plant: in December, a centrifuge arrived for processing wool offal (legs, ears, tails), which are used in the manufacture of jellies, potions, liverwurst, broths and canned food.

A new centrifuge for processing such offal was purchased by the enterprise as part of a program to modernize meat and fat production to replace inefficient equipment. It was produced at the Pilninsky plant 'Agropromservice' (Nizhny Novgorod region). The equipment can handle 400 kg of offal per hour. Now the centrifuge is mounted and is already in operation.

"Its operation, due to its greater capacity, will significantly increase labor productivity, improve the quality of products and, in general, increase the efficiency of the production process for processing wool by-products, and maximize the level of production safety," Alexander Kelin, director of the Meat Processing Plant, explained to Element22.

Recall that in September 2019, another two units of specialized equipment arrived at the meat processing plant (a saw for cutting carcasses into half carcasses and a meat massager).
