January 25, Omsk business met with Dmitry Kurochkin, vice-president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and Anna Simanovskaya, a representative of the Industrial Development Fund. The meeting took place in Omsk.
The meeting was initiated by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (Omsk CCI is a member of Omsky Biocluster). The agenda was the issues of industrial potential development in Omsk region, interaction with the Industrial Development Fund. The personal meeting of the leadership of the Russian CCI and the Industrial Development Fund with the heads of 70 leading Omsk industrial enterprises made it possible to familiarize them with the programs for financing the Industrial Development Fund, participation in competitive procedures, and the procedure for filing and reviewing documents for loans.
At present, the Industrial Development Fund has become the foundation for the creation of a universal system of state support for industrial enterprises. Interested companies can send a set of documents for participation in the competitive selection for the chosen program. The Fund for the implementation of new industrial projects provides targeted loans at a rate of 1% and 5% per annum for up to 7 years in the amount of 50 to 750 million rubles, stimulating the flow of direct investment in the real economy. The attraction of IDF loans will allow Omsk companies to implement projects and achieve a global level of competitiveness.
The Fund's support of investment projects in the region will help maintain the positive dynamics of industrial production, will have a positive impact on the solution of the tasks of import substitution and the organization of new jobs in high-tech industries.
