April 16-20, a group of specialists of SIBAGROCOMPLEX Group (member of Omsky Biocluster, one of the co-founders of the Interregional Center for Agro Industry Engineering) visited the enterprises of Kemerovo region: Udarnik Poley JSC, Lebedi LLC, Okunevskoye Milk LLC, Temp LLC (Promyshlennovsky district), Yurginsky LLC and Yurginsky Agrary LLC (Yurga district), Zinchenko Farm (Belovsky district), Slavino JSC and Vpered LLC (Novokuznetsk district), Gorskinskoe LLC (Guryevsky district).
The group included specialists in reproduction and veterinary medicine, breeding work and the external evaluation of animals. Business meetings with managers and specialists of farms were held within the information and consulting support. Farms in advance, in agreement with experts, prepared problem animals, which were examined and diagnosed for pathology of the reproductive system. Also results of application of various techniques and preparations for treatment of gynecological diseases, hormonal circuits of synchronization and stimulation of sexual desire have been discussed.
The results of using a sex-separated seed in Vperyod LLC were interesting to both parties (the yield of the heifers was more than 90%). The issues of organization of breeding-breeding work in the herd, the results of previous selections and tasks for the future were also discussed. Evaluation of exterior features, identification of defects and deficiencies that affect the health and productivity of animals, allows the development of proposals for the selection of breeding producers, taking into account the specificity of each herd. As a result of the visit, an analytical report and recommendations were presented for each company to improve the organization of reproduction and breeding work with the herd.
