The laboratory of quality and safety of products of animal and vegetable origin, feed and environmental objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) has found a sample of oil flax that does not comply with regulatory documents.
As a result of the research conducted, deviations were found according to organoleptic characteristics: the color and smell were unusual for standard flax seeds. Uncharacteristic smell, loss of luster of the seeds may indicate a violation of storage conditions.
