The Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Animal and Plant Products, Feed and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) for the first half of June 2020 received 202 samples. 1295 studies were conducted with them, with the help of which 3 positive samples were revealed.
Soya fodder in terms of quality was in excess of weed impurities. A sample of sunflower meal did not meet the requirements of regulatory documentation on the content of crude protein, crude fat and the mass fraction of crude fiber. Wheat flour did not comply with regulatory documents on the number of drops, the quantity and quality of gluten.
