AppStore and GooglePlay got to sows

Bayer has released a Russian-language application for smartphones, with which you can determine the index of the sows fatness.

The BCS SowDition application helps professionals in the pig industry to monitor and analyze the health and productivity of sows. The representative of Bayer explained that the application determines the fatness index, excluding the errors associated with visual assessment. The information obtained is stored and classified according to the stage of the sow's reproductive cycle and the number of farrowing, which allows users to monitor and analyze the status of each sow or the entire herd. Data from the application can be quickly imported into programs for managing pig farms or sent to a veterinarian for advice.
