District stages of competitions for the best in the profession among operators for artificial insemination of animals took place in the second decade of July in Kolyvansky, Karasuksky and Vengerovsky districts of Novosibirsk region. IC SIBAGROCOMPLEX LLC (a company of SIBAGROCOMPLEX Group, member of Omsky Biocluster), took part in these events as a sponsor, and the company's experts took part in the jury.
The events took place at the sites of Agrosila LLC (Kolyvansky district), Aleksandrovskoye LLC (Karasuksky district), Ust-Izesskoe JSC (Vengerovsky district). In total, representatives of 18 agricultural companies from Novosibirsk region from three districts took part in the events.
Such events are aimed at popularization of the profession, demonstrate the importance of the work of the osemenators, note that professionals deserve recognition and respect in any business. The competition is not only a competition, but also a holiday, the opportunity to communicate with colleagues, the recognition of a high level of qualification and the opportunity to rate yourself at a higher - regional, and perhaps all-Russian level. For these purposes, the Interregional Center for Agro Industry Engineering was established. Center is the interregional professional platform for experts from Moscow City, Lipetsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Tomsk regions, which provides for cooperation in the provision of engineering consulting, pre-project and project services, development of human resources in the agroindustry, increasing the investment attractiveness of the agroindustry, forming a resource database, including technologies, laboratory equipment, personnel, implementation of expert activities in the agroindustry. Omsky Biocluster is one of the co-founders of the Center. The main goal of his activity is to increase the efficiency of enterprises in the agroindustry, expressed in the growth of gross revenues per ruble of invested costs.
