Start'Up'Academia opened the winter business games season

September 24, OmSAU Business Incubator (member of Omsky Biocluster) was the venue for the business game. The participants of the event were the director of Alliance LLC, the chairman of the Board of Trustees of StartUpAcademia Andrey Vizmintinov, the executive director of Neolab LLC Gennady Salimgareev, the executive director of the Nonprofit Partnership for the Implementation of Social Programs 'Otklik' Evgenia Dmitrieva and the Omsky Biocluster StartUpAcademia team. The moderator of the game was the candidate of economic sciences, managing partner of Raedium Investments LLC, deputy chairman of the Board of Trustees of StartUpAcademia Anatoly Shastin.

The essence of the game was to achieve certain goals by having deals with other players. The business game is aimed at improving negotiating skills, the ability to reach agreement and cooperate. Participants quickly got used to the role and began to compete, because the goals of some players often contradicted the goals of others. Tense discussions were conducted throughout the game, all participants tried to negotiate and bargain.

"The game was very dynamic," said Anatoly Shastin. "I would like to note the active position of all the participants and especially the StartUpAcademia team, which in no way inferior to adult players. The key skills that are developed and formed at such event are the ability to create a strategy to achieve their goals, to find and implement creative and non-standard solutions, to negotiate. Thank you all for playing and having a great time!"

The nearest plans of the StartUpAcademia team include conducting a business game for the universities of Omsk.
