November 22-24 the Interregional Center for Agro Industry Engineering (Omsky Biocluster is the co-founder of the Center) held a training seminar for specialists in the cattle herds reproduction. The event was held at the Omsk production site of SIBAGROСOMPLEX Group (member of Omsky Biocluster).
This project is implemented within the interregional cooperation of the Siberian regions. The need for training and professional development exists among specialists from the Kupinsky and Toguchinsky districts of Novosibirsk region, and they have come to Omsk to study. At the same time, Tatyana Evtushenko, the head of the project for raising the level of professional skill of the specialists of Novosibirsk RISC, and Ekaterina Gribkova, the leading specialist in the department for veterinary work of Omsk SIBAGROCOMPLEX-BIO LLC, acted as lecturers.
Training necessarily includes both theoretical and practical parts: training the skills of transrectal examination and various methods of artificial insemination of cows, working in the laboratory for thawing and assessing the quality of seed producers. As a result, all participants were tested and received certificates.
SIBAGROСOMPLEX Group has been working for many years on training and improving the skills of specialists engaged in dairy and meat cattle breeding in Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Tomsk regions. Training seminars are held within the framework of the newly established Interregional Center for Agro Industry Engineering.
