The staff of the Omsk reference center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) took part in a training on the topic 'Pests and pathogens of grain stocks, weed seeds found in grain products exported from the Russian Federation', which was hosted by theAll-Russian Plant Quarantine Center in the Republic of Crimea.
The seminar agenda covered a wide range of issues: phytosanitary requirements of Russian grain importing countries in the context of existing commodity circulation, general characteristics of pests regulated by the requirements of importing countries and related to grain products, quarantine diseases of the grain crops for the Russian Federation and methods for identifying quarantine objects .
Information is especially relevant in this agricultural season, and makes it possible to take timely measures and pay special attention to phytosanitary requirements in grain products exported from the Russian Federation.
