The Laboratory of Quality and Safety of Products of Animal and Plant Origin, Fodder and Environmental Objects of the Omsk Reference Center (Omsky Biocluster member) received for analysis two samples of sunflower oil cake for a study on compliance with state standards.
As a result of the tests carried out by laboratory specialists, an excess of the standard content of crude fat and an underestimated content of crude protein were found.
