Raw materials of the poultry farm will become the basis for the implementation of the investment cluster project for deep egg processing for dry and liquid egg products, including melange (the operator of the project is LyuBim OVO LLC, member of Omsky Biocluster).
Lyubinskaya Poultry Farm is the leader of regional poultry farming. The company is implementing a large-scale modernization program, the first result of which has been an increase in production to 300 million eggs a year and 1 million chickens. Today, Alexander Burkov launched a new automated egg packing line. The productivity of this line is more than 300 thousand eggs per hour.
"Lyubinskaya Poultry Farm is an enterprise where modern production is built on the basis of the old one, the new Dutch egg sorting and packing line will allow to increase the yield of quality products. The automated line significantly speeds up the production process. The company plans to increase the number of livestock to 1 million chickens. Lyubinskaya Poultry Farm will become one of the largest enterprises of the poultry industry in the region," said Alexander Burkov.
In January-February 2018, the production of poultry for slaughter in live weight in agricultural organizations of the Russian Federation was 1.0 million tons, which is 7.2% more than a year earlier (in 2017 - 940.9 thousand tons). The production of eggs in agricultural organizations amounted to 5.8 billion pieces, which is 1.5% more than a year earlier (in 2017 - 5.7 billion pieces). The increase in poultry production was achieved in the agricultural organizations of Tambov, Rostov, Tula, Penza, Lipetsk and Yaroslavl regions, the Republics of Mari El and Crimea. The leading regions for the growth of egg production are the Republic of Mordovia, Astrakhan, Yaroslavl, Chelyabinsk, Ryazan, Leningrad regions and Stavropol Territory.
