The Omsk branch of the Russian Agricultural Bank (Omsky Biocluster memeber) issued the first loans on special conditions for members of the regional Association of Farms and Agricultural Cooperatives of Russia (AKKOR). The proposal has already been used by farmers from the Russian-Polyansky and Isilkulsky districts of the Omsk region. Thanks to the AKKOR application, the farmers submitted a minimum set of documents to the bank, which accelerated the loan approval procedure.
Credits for special conditions are available to farmers for up to three years, the loan amount is up to 1 million RUR ($ 15.22 thousand). Interest rate of 14.9% per annum depending on the loan term. At the moment, the RusAg project has already been implemented in ten regions of the country, including the Omsk region.
"Consumer loans to AKKOR members are an excellent help to farmers in the current plans implementation. The loans that the bank provides to farmers are offered on favorable terms and are non-earmarked. We congratulate the first owners of loans on special conditions and are confident that the demand for this product will increase in the future. It should be noted that the promotion of the new product among farmers will allow the association to acquire new members, which means the effect of the cooperation of RusAg and AKKOR will only grow," Sergei Zolotarev, deputy director of RusAg (Omsk Branch), said.
