Omsk milk: no antibiotics detected

Since the beginning of the year, the Veterinary Expert Laboratory of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor (Omsky Biocluster member) has received 20 samples of raw cow's milk for testing for the presence of antibacterial substances as part of the control and surveillance activities.

 

All samples were tested by indicators: tetracycline group, penicillin group, chloramphenicol, streptomycin, sulfamethazine and nitrofurans. Result: all 20 samples comply with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 'Milk and Dairy Products Safety' and 'Food Safety'.
