April 20, Omsk became the venue for the jubilee event of the HR industry in the region - the XVth annual Omsk HR-Forum. This year it was devoted to one of the most important topics and was called 'Russian and Omsk Leaders in Omsk'. More than 300 representatives of HR-associations of Omsk region and employees of staff divisions of leading companies took part in this event.
The Chairman of the Board of the Sladonezh Confectionary Factory (the basic member of Omsky Biocluster) Igor Znamenskykh and the director of the Staff Division Olga Gruzdo spoke this year as speakers of the Forum. Sladonezh representatives shared key secrets of success, and also told about unique coaching methods in the field of operational management.
The Sladonezh Confectionary Factory has been participating in the Omsk HR-Forum for more than five years. "We are ready to share knowledge, experience and help the business environment of Omsk region to react quickly to changes, to find development opportunities and growth points in any situation," Igor Znamenskykh noted in his speech.
