Now the bank has become part of the business environment

The Head of the Omsk Regional Branch of Russian Agricultural Bank JSC (Omsky Biocluster member), Lev Yaneev, told Omsky Biocluster in an exclusive interview about results of the RusAg (Omsk branch) in 2018, on the peculiarities of the bank's interaction with SMEs, as well as on joint work with federal development institutions in the interests of the agro-industry.

Lev Yaneev noted that the Russian Agricultural Bank is a well-known credit institution, which is familiar and accessible to both current and potential customers. The use of a wide range of tools, consulting seminars and other formats confirm the ideology of integrated customer service and the transformation of the bank into an element of the business environment.

Answering the question of the Omsky Biocluster press service about what the cluster model of regional development represents, Lev Yaneev answered that clusters are the real tool of regional development:

"It is important to note that this tool needs an economic component to support. For example, the current regional law, establishing mutual preferences for producers, processors and networks. In the case when there is no centralized program, we have isolated and multidirectional efforts that do not provide the desired economic effect."
