On September 10, the Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Omsk Biocluster member) holds the next training seminar for SMEs on the topic 'All About Procurement'. The seminar was organized with financial support from the Omsk Regional Fund for the Support and Development of Small Business.
The seminar program is dedicated to the latest changes, relevant and complex issues of procurement practice under laws No. 44 and No. 223, as well as in the online store of Omsk City and the Omsk region. The seminar will be moderated by Vadim Umnyashkin, a representative of the RTS-Tender electronic platform in the Omsk region.
