The second training of the Start'Up'Academia Project School

The second training of the Project School of StartUpAcademia of Omsky Biocluster was held on November 24 in Omsk Regional Business Incubator.

Andrei Vizmintinov, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of StartUpAcademia of Omsky Biocluster, Director of Alliance LLC, spoke about the advantages and disadvantages of using in practice Alexander Osterwalder’s business model as a tool for visualizing a business plan. The scientific component of this concept was supplemented by Vladimir Lizunov, Chairman of the Committee for Innovation Activities at Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry Union (member of Omsky Biocluster), Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics. Evgenia Dmitrieva, the executive director of the Non-Profit Partnership for the Implementation of Social Programs 'Otklik', also joined the discussion.

Vladimir Lizunov:

"The lesson was effective. While entrepreneurs explained the material with practical examples, the monitoring of the scientific component took place simultaneously. This approach provides more complete and deeper understanding of the situation, complementing practical experience."

Dauren Koshmuratov, graduate student of Omsk State Agrarian University (member of Omsky Biocluster):

"Here you can exchange experience and talk with entrepreneurs who made mistakes doing hard work in practice. It gives you valuable knowledge for future professional activities. Many say how need to be done, but in few places you can hear what should not do."

The next training of the StartUpAcademia Project School will take place on December 15th.
