Heads and chief specialists of leading Omsk enterprises visited the Omsk Experimental Plant FSUE (Omsky Biocluster member). The event was part of a project to share best management practices and promote lean manufacturing between enterprises in the Omsk region, implemented with the support of the Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Omsky Biocluster member).
Director of the company Dmitry Golovanov introduced the participants of the event with the technology of production of agricultural equipment, the directions of introduction of elements of lean manufacturing and new products.
