The researchers of the Omsk State Agrarian University conducted a test of the quality and effectiveness of feed for broiler chickens produced by the Pushkinsky Feed Mill Plant (Titan-Agro LLC, Omsky Biocluster member). This is a good example of cooperation between the Omsky Biocluster participants.
The research work goal was the search for optimal recipes for broiler chickens, taking into account the regional specifics and the needs of small farms. This experiment was the first stage of a series of studies. The experiment was conducted at the site of Omsk State Agrarian University on broiler chickens ROSS 308.
According to the study, the Titan-Agro LLC products contribute to the rapid weight gain of the broiler. So, by the end of the first week of life, broilers had a third weight more than the average weight of a chicken when fed normally - when using feed mixtures or simple starter foods with a low content of amino acids and protein.
Note that during the first 28 days of life, poultry was fed with PC-5 compound feed with a high content of protein and energy, which correctly forms the bone tissue and muscles of the bird, and improves immunity. Compound feed contains grain components, vegetable oils, mineral and vitamin supplements. Used feed released in accordance with the state standard GOST 18221-99 Feed Complete for Poultry.
