The Omsk Scientific Center of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (member of Omsky Biocluster) takes part in the research devoted to the development of proposals for the development of tools in the system of state financial support for manufacturing enterprises focused on import substitution and non-primary exports.
Experts - representatives of industrial enterprises are asked to fill out anonymous forms. Based on the results of the study, it is planned to prepare an analytical note to the profile ministries of the Government of the Russian Federation.
