Omsk State Agrarian University (Omsky Biocluster member), in the period from September 2018 to April 2019, implemented for the first time the Competition-Auction Project. Graduate students were given the opportunity to have an interview, to show their skills of self-presentation during a meeting with potential employers.
Employers met with future specialists, conducted an express interview with the participants, informed them about available vacancies. Future specialists were given the opportunity to test their skills in self-presentation, to navigate the labor market, to determine their future place of work, to communicate with potential employers. According to the results of the Competition-Auction Project, it was decided to hold this event annually.
