On May 27, at a meeting of the Academic Council of the Omsk State Agrarian University (Omsky Biocluster member), a report was received by the rector on the work of the university staff for 2019 according to the results of a routine self-examination.
The rector of the university, Ph.D., professor Oksana Shumakova in a report noted that the Omsk State Agrarian University holds strong positions in many ratings by the end of the year. Thus, according to the results of the ARES-2019 International University Ranking of the European Scientific-Industrial Chamber, the university was assigned category B - reliable quality of teaching, research and the demand for graduates by employers, 126th among Russian universities out of 198 included in the rating and 4th among agricultural universities (out of 11 included in the ranking).
