June 28, a working meeting of the Omsky Biocluster's CEO took place with the adviser on agriculture of the Embassy of France in Russia Katia Roinet.
The parties discussed the prospects for intensifying cooperation between Russian and French business in the agro-industry. "The recent meeting of the Presidents of France and Russia within the St. Petersburg Economic Forum is an obvious signal for the entrepreneurs of the two countries to raise the relations level," said Katia Roinet. "Omsky Biocluster represents Siberia, this region is not so well-known for the French business. Therefore, we agreed with colleagues in the near future to work on identifying the interests of the French business in the Siberian region, to talk about the opportunities for cooperation with Omsky Biocluster, including in the exchange of experiences of the start-ups development."
