This year, the export of soybeans from Amur region will grow by one and a half times, said the representative of the regional ministry of agriculture Yelena Emelyanova. As for soybean oil, Amur farmers will sell it abroad 1.3 times more than last year, grain - twice, according to the Sfera Publishing House.
Such growth was ensured, first of all, by launching new enterprises, Emelyanova said. So, recently a large combine for deep processing of soybean was launched in the region. In the near future it is planned to launch several more plants, aimed at export. Emelyanova recalled that in 2017 the volume of export supplies of Amur region (food and agricultural raw materials) amounted to $ 100m. 236.24 thousand tons of soy, 23.46 thousand tons of soybean oil, 23.82 thousand tons of grain were delivered.
