August 24, the Training Center for Dairy Cattle-Breeding was launched at the site of Sibirskoye Moloko LLC in Yagodnoye, Tomsk region. This educational project was implemented on the terms of partnership, the participants of which were the Department for Social and Economic Development of Tomsk region, Tomsk Agricultural Institute, as well as agricultural manufacturers and equipment dealers for livestock farms. IC SIBAGROCOMPLEX LLC (co-founder of the Interregional Center for Agro Industry Engineering) is one of the partners of the project. The company has been cooperating with the Agrarian Center of Tomsk region for many years within the framework of various programs for the professional development of livestock specialists.
The partnership is actively developing within the framework of the Interregional Center for Agro Industry Engineering. IC SIBAGROCOMPLEX LLC provided two sets of equipment and tools for the laboratory for artificial insemination of cattle. The Training Center also has laboratories for microclimate research and animal assessment, analysis of feed and milk quality, and an interactive training class. The auditoriums are equipped with interactive screens, videoconferencing systems, laptops, wall monitors, which will monitor all processes occurring on the farm of Sibirskoye Moloko with the help of video surveillance cameras in real time. The training class is equipped with helmets of virtual reality, thanks to which students can 'move' to any end of the planet and see the best dairy farms in the world. Milk pipeline simulator, mobile milking machines, simulators of milking skills and udder pathology diagnostics and other technical innovations will also become part of the equipment of the Training Center. Class for employment of specialists in the reproduction of the herd is equipped with a training 'cow' of fiberglass and acrylic glass for training operators for artificial insemination of cattle.
