On August 27, the Omsky Biocluster StartUpAcademia team discussed plans for the upcoming academic year at the site of the Omsk State Agrarian University Business Incubator (Omsky Biocluster member) . The project leader, a student of the Faculty of Economics, Yaroslav Vizgalyov, shared his experience in organizing the development of innovative projects for their subsequent entry into the market and suggested intensifying the formation of project teams at the university, taking into account the expert assessment of the Omsk region business community for their transition to the investment stage.
The meeting participants drew up the events schedule for the academic year, which includes trainings from entrepreneurs, expert advice, presentation of project teams, preparation and defense of business plans. Chairman of the StartUpAcademia Board of Trustees Andrei Vizmintinov expressed his readiness to attract at least 10 investors with promising projects in the business incubator of the Omsk State Agrarian University. Vitaliy Yepanchintsev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Accounting and Financial Control, told about the 'pitfalls' encountered by entrepreneurs in the preparation and implementation of business plans. He also proposed to intensify the legal education of project teams when starting their own business.
