October 27, StartUpAcademia of Omsky Biocluster organized the first training of the Project School. It took place in Omsk Regional Business Incubator.
Vladimir Lizunov, Chairman of the Committee for Innovation Activities at Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry Union (member of Omsky Biocluster), Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics, spoke about the theoretical basics of managing an innovative project; Andrey Vizmintinov, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of StartUpAcademia, Director of Alliance LLC, with practical examples explained how to identify and formulate problems of target audience; Evgenia Dmitrieva, the executive director of the Non-Profit Partnership for the Implementation of Social Programs 'Otklik', told the participants about stakeholders, where to find ones, and how they can be useful for the beginning project.
Each coffee break was accompanied by lively discussions of speakers, students and project teams. The event was commented by Kirill Koznov, the head of Noev Kovcheg LLC:
"Our team is looking for partners and associates. For more successful work, I would like to cover the scientific sphere, begin integration in the public sphere and receive a grant. Hopefully StartUpAcademia Project School will contribute to the recruitment of employees motivated for self-realization. I will definitely come to the next lesson."
