Meat processing plant Titan-Agro: Products in new packaging

The Pushkinsky Meat Processing Plant (a separate subdivision of Titan-Agro LLC, Omsky Biocluster member) put into operation new equipment - a compact tray sealer. Its use is in line with modern trends in the packaging of semi-finished meat products.

The device is equipped with aluminum dies for various types of packaging trays, a temperature controller for heating the working surface and a shock absorber for opening the lid. It provides quality trimming and surface finishing and a durable thermal seam. Sealing machine productivity - up to 30 units per minute. Its manufacturer is the South Korean company INDOKOR, one of the leaders in the Asian market for professional equipment for food production.

High-quality consumables were purchased for the new equipment - food-grade plastic containers for sealing and special food-grade polyethylene heat-sealable film. Such packaging is absolutely hermetic, which allows to preserve the properties of the product for a longer time, and is also convenient during transportation, as it excludes the possibility of accidental opening. "The use of a sealing machine will allow us to increase the productivity of the workshop for the production of semi-finished products, as well as expand the possibilities of packaging the finished product and make it more attractive to the buyer," commented the director of the meat processing plant Alexander Kelin.

Several types of natural and chopped semi-finished products (goulash, stews, sausages for frying, cutlets, etc.) are already produced in plastic containers. At present, the products of the Pushkinsky Meat Processing Plant are sold both in the Omsk region and abroad (Primorskiy and Krasnoyarsk territories, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Region, Novosibirsk region and other regions).
