Current issues of staffing agroindustry were discussed in OmSAU

On March 26, the department of employment assistance and professional career support for graduates of the Omsk State Agrarian University (Omsky Biocluster member) together with representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Omsk region held a seminar Actual Issues of Agroindustry Staffing. The event was held as part of the training seminars for graduates of the Omsk State Agrarian University responsible for the employment.

 

Specialists of the Department of Labor Resources and staff management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Omsk region became invited speakers of the event. The head of the Department, Yuliya Kostyuchenko, told the audience about the activities of the Ministry of Agriculture in promoting employment in agricultural companies in the region, as well as about the effectiveness of implemented support measures. Department specialist Nadezhda Bumina informed the participants of the seminar on the creation of a personnel reserve for the agroindustry in the region and on the order of its formation. The event participants discussed problematic issues and interaction prospects for the effective development of a staff reserve.
