On April 25, the Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Omsky Biocluster member) held a business meeting in the Businessmen Club in the Business Brunch format, already favored by the participants.
Last time, entrepreneurs have noted an increase in the number of inspections to identify signs of a fragmented business for the purpose of unjustified tax evasion. In order to curb the unfair application of sanctions by the supervisory authorities, the Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry prepared a business meeting for entrepreneurs on the topic 'Artificial Business Fragmentation: Rules and Errors'.
The speakers of the event were experts in tax disputes. An informal meeting in the Business Branch format, prepared by the Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry within the Business Partnership project, allowed business leaders to gain a holistic understanding of the legal issues related to business fragmentation. Recommendations were made for the competent construction of the legal structure of companies, specific recipes for how to avoid severe sanctions by the tax authorities, how to absolutely legally optimize costs, without arousing suspicion of the fiscal authorities. The methods used by tax authorities to identify violations of the law, Life Hacks to prepare for a tax audit, are reviewed. The speakers also shared court precedents and statistics on tax disputes, more than 70% of which are won by the tax service. Guests of the event also shared their opinions.
Topics will be reviewed at the next meeting of the Public Council under the Prosecutor's Office of the Omsk Region for the protection of the business rights with the participation of representatives of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in the Omsk region.
