Participants were offered a sample of stewed pork to determine the organoleptic characteristics, such as the appearance of the product and broth, the smell and taste, the consistency of meat. According to the results of the consolidated report, the specialists of the Omsk Reference Center of the Rosselkhoznadzor coped with the test tasks, having obtained satisfactory results.
